Hello,

One of my passions in life is the water, being in, on and under it. Another is encouraging people to enjoy the water as well. So, 20 years ago I became an Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) qualified swimming instructor to teach people of all ages and abilities to swim.

Being able to swim is a life skill which could save your life, literally. It's a skill with a dual purpose, by keeping you fit and by giving you the ability to get to safety should the need arise.
